How do you get an ion ticket, and what exactly do they do?

if you have Omega Ruby you get Latios. but if you get the EON ticket You can get latias
And vice versa.

Check back for the code and then enter the code into mystery gift at the main menu.

is it known yet if you get the Eon Ticket via code that players can get another one if they gotten it before

Thats really lucky to have obtained one soo fast. I already have both latis but im excited to make the travel to the island.
