(Borrowed this from a forum I used to hang out on though I made some changes) No, you're not actually banned from the forums. Simple game. Just make up a reason why the above poster has been "banned" from the forum. Make sure that the reasons aren't abusive, though.  

For example:

Marth: -first poster-
Shulk: Banned for not really feeling it.
Roy: Banned for being in more Super Smash Bros games than me.
zenophobia: Banned for being the first poster.

Next Poster Begins  :D
