Well here are my primals and Xerneas. Had to check on a damage calculator for their exact EVs since to be honest, I have not done VGC in months. Groudon and Rayquaza are simplistic, while Xerneas's speed outspeeds based 95s while Kyorge outspeed Smeargle.
