nstead of icicle crash maybe switch to ice shard since it has priority+ weaviles attk= annihilate my garchomp. 

For ninetails have drought has an ability... It will increase ninetails fire moves and will make solar beam usable for one turn, instead of waiting 2 turns
 
If you want use jolteon give it a focus sash and not use dig!,  Greninja was cool give it grass knot or gunk shot for coverage!

Do you have any Megas in your mind that you want to use??
