I'm starting to realize that no matter how strict I try to make the restrictions on Pokemon, people still find ways to make things difficult for me. While some of these are technically possible I'll most likely have a hard time fulfilling them. Powersaves isn't capable of doing EVERYTHING. Hopefully I'll be able to get all of the winners what they asked for.
