Because the OP might want to stick to the one per person rule, I happen to have a Hippowdon with the Slack Off/Whirlwind Egg moves, so I can breed that up for you. I may not be able to get 6IV, but if I can get 5IV with the missing one being Sp. Attack, would that be ok? Also probably wouldn't be shiny, dunno if that's something you really wanted.
