Heya there!
Although regular Vulpix's icon is shown, you are technically able to receive both, regular and Alolan Vulpix.
But as the regular one isn't out yet (because PokéBank isn't available yet) you'll actually only be able to receive Alolan Vulpix at the moment.

Thus, I found your Sandygast on GTS, but I only own female Snow Warning Vulpix at the moment, so I couldn't trade you a male one as requested at the GTS - I'm very sorry about that!
