Gardevoir & more needed !

So I have been looking for some Gardevoirs with Synchronize to get some good natures going.
Sadly I only have one wit a modest nature. I was wondering if anyone here has one with a timid nature? 

Also, Im looking for an Alomomola with the hidden ability regenerator !
