HA Moltres?

Hi everyone,

is it possible to even catch a HA Moltres? I have read that it is not possible to catch it with it, but then whats the point in it being listed on some sites as apparently being able to have it? I have been soft resetting for a HA Moltres for a bit now and would like to know a definitive answer, if anyone knows?

If you check the release every HA Pokemon on bulbapedia, you can't get an HA Moltres until an event or in-game location is released in the future.

thats a shame, it must be pretty rare then
