@xhinnn Go to ''User settings'' on the top left corner of your screen. Then you should find ''change signature'' under the ''Your Profile'' tab on the left side

While it's not based solely on rep, the higher the rep, the better your chances of getting trusted user. Usually happens at around 20-25 rep count.
