People won't trade an event Pokemon for a normal legendary.
The minute you think of giving up, think of the reason why you held on so long.

but there are people that have an extra pokemon that dont care about trade ^^

That would be the case with normal Pokemon, but people will save event Pokemon to trade for something they can't get normally.
