Help with Hoenn Dex?

I'm asking that someone help me with my hoenn dex so i can get my oval charm. I only need 103 pokemon and a few of those are the regis that i can catch. If anyone can help me with half or most of this, ill give you a shiny or two out of my collection. My FC is 3368-3365-3449 and my IGN is Tristan.

could you list evolutionary lines or just a few pokes that you need now then work your way from there. Do you need a seviper, meditate or krabby.
