Hoopa Problem

So i finally found out about hoopa and now i wonder how i get it ?  is it still availeble otherwise anyone has one me ?

The hoopa event is already over, you would have to find someone who has one.

You can ask people if they have extra Hoopas, but unfortunately that is the only way. It was given out at McDonalds during the summer I believe as a promotion for something I honestly can't remember xD but Ik McDonalds was given it out. You had to download it on their wifi, so. You can't now sadly, but I am sure there are people on here who would be willing to give you one. I don't have one, but if I did I would honestly have given it to you.
