IS gift Porygon Shiny Locked in Sun and Moon?

Does anybody know if the gift porygon you can obtain in sun and moon is shiny locked??

Porygon is not shiny-locked, so soft reset to your heart's content. Though, you could easily just breed for it at better odds.
