Hey guys I am trying to build a competitive and have had no luck breeding a phantump. I was wondering if any of you have a 5 IV phantump 0 attack that you can trade me. My info is to the left and these are pokemon I have to offer it's not that much but please give me a chance. 
Pokemon: 5 iv poliwag female
2 5 iv Charizards
French Gengar
Modest HA Bulbasaur
And a Korean Tornadus

Preferably a male phantump plus IT HAS TO BE COMPLETELY LEGIT!!! No clones!

Technically... clones ARE legit (or at the very least, competitively legal) so long as the clone is of a legit/legal pokemon.
