I have been searching for them using the DexNav in my Sapphire game but I think that the hidden abilities are not available in this version of the game.
As for what I have available for trade, I have some 4IV Magic Guard Solosis, 4IV Sheer Force Totodile, 4IV Symbiosis Flabebe, 4IV Guts Larvitar.
Not much, I know, but I am trying to get back to battling and am building a new team.

They are available through dexnaving. You just have to be patient. The more you encounter said Pokemon, the better chance you have of getting its hidden ability. If the Pokemon is holding an item, that will block the ability. So I would catch it in case it has its hidden ability.
