Yeah, that's from the Lake of Rage for sure. Sorry bud, I can't part with Jirachi for that. I'm not sure if pokegeners can help you, they have trouble doing event-only pokemon like Jirachi (Pretty sure it's event-only). But if you get something worth the trade, then PM me. Good luck.
