LF Junk Pokemon/Junk Shinies

If you didn't know this, all my Pokemon were stolen by my friend, and she put my some of my Pokemon on her Y. So I need some Junk Pokemon or some spare shinies.. Legendaries are fine as well. I don't have anything to offer, don't harass me, because I got no mons 0-0

Is there even such a thing as "junk shinys"? get a Malamar with suction cups and just go fishing for awhile if you are desperate for some.
