LF Kingdra 5IV with Swift Swim

Hi, I'm new to the forums and game and would appreciate some help to get my team together.
I have a few legendaries and a few rare Pokemon up for trade. Help me out, please.

I have some 5iv horsea with swift swim. The only Kingdra I have is in use rn

That works too. Do you happen to have an Eevee with 4/5 IV as well?
