Regigigas WILL NOT appear in my game.
I have all three Regis in my party,
with Regice nicknamed and holding Never-Melt-Ice,
I talked to the girl in Pacifidlog town many times to hear about him,
I have never changed the time on my DS,
it's been well over 24 hours since I caught the three Regis,
and it's daytime...I am at a loss here.
He will not appear in the Island Cave, anywhere. I have walked all over it.

This has been an issue for awhile, I keep trying to go back and check and he just won't appear.

Make sure its day time when you try to catch him also you have to stand in the middle of regice's cave hopped i helped

The Regice is supposed to be holding a Caslestie Cone (I fully understand that is NOT spelled right) anyways get it of a little gurl somewhere in Mauville city. Hope i somewhat helped!
