You need to hack the game to get one, and after that I think people will never be able to play online again in that file. Most of people here play online all the time, so if I were you, I would wait for the event, because in my opinión, I will never hack my game.

I dont know much about hacking or pokehex and that stuff, so it can or can´t be true.
