LF legies with good iv and proper nature

Hey guys so I have been looking for a timid Latios with good iv , a modest suicune with good iv or timid raikou, a timid heatran with good iv and a landorus adamant nature with good iv if anyone could help me I have some shinies in return for this awesome Pokemon. I want them legit please and shiny if possible if their not shiny it doesn't matter thanks in advance guys I hope that someone can help me  :D
