[LOOKING FOR] A special Smeargle

Hi. I am looking for a smeargle in order to funt for HA Smeargle as it can be easy to use to get HA pokemon since it can have any moves. Now what I am looking for is a Smeargle with any Ability and Nature, plus Level is good as long as it is fairly high, like maybe 40+. Lastly, the most important part is the moveset. Here is what it have to have.
1 Fairy Lock
2 Stealth Rock/Spikes
3 Tackle
4False Swipe/Hold Back
