[LOOKING FOR] Rough Skin Gible

Hello! I have noticed a great strategy on pokemon showdown (scarf-chomp).
I was breeding for him for rough skin, but all i got was 3 iv. 
All that i am looking for is a good iv gible with rough skin. (And if it's possible a jolly abillity :D )
Of course, i will give my old Hydreigon for it! It's 5 IV, Ev trained (252 sp.attack, 252 speed), Timid nature.
