GTS. Offer up something really simple like the starter pokemon of your own (Example being Mudkip from your Swampert)

I got venasaur I gotta breed that to get it. But GTS gives you like instant trades for simple stuff like that.

They always ask for something they will never get. That is why you gotta post on the GTS and ask for it.
