Pokemon Crystal is coming to the 3DS Virtual Console on Jan 23rd. It was announced today as it's been exactly 17 years since it first released. Among this, Celebi will catchable just like back in the day with the GS Ball. How you get the GS Ball, I'm not sure yet.
