Suh did it twice not once. It was not accidental.

Suh was looking down field stepping back. How do you expect him to know that aaron rodgers is on the ground right behind him. And that he was stepping on his leg. Bad call.

I admit he has a bad player rep from doing stuff similar to this but that wasn't on purpose like when he stomped on the other guys leg.
