I'm not talking about RNG mechanics in competitive, like a 10% freeze chance. I'm talking about RNG using an online program to manipulate the pokemon you encounter. You can find a tutorial for gen 7 rng here if you're interested. I first found out about it a year ago when I was replaying the gen 4 games and wanted to go through a cute charm playthrough. It's definitely helpful for competitive pokemon.
