I need some suggestions, I found this build on Smogon, but I don't know if change something in EVs

Here the build:

Kangaskhan @ Kangaskhanite
Ability: Scrappy
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Fake Out
- Double-Edge
- Sucker Punch
- Power-Up Punch

I think the moves are okay, please help me
