Need Suggestions to do better?

So after 196 double rating's battle on battle spot, I've broken even! Yep, 98 wins and 98 loses, so happy that I'm known average! But I always want to do better, and although I'm pretty casual and can never see myself going into tournaments, I was wondering if you guys could take a look at my team and offer suggestions?
Milotic: With it's competitive nature, I consider it the ace of my team, and almost always start with it.
Polygon 2: My trick room pokemon, and  a build that I stole from someone who destroyed me on battle spot.
Amoongus: Meta
Sylveon: Meta
Talonflame: Cause I need a pokemon with a fire attack, overheat. I hate ferrothorn, and I hate smeargles. Literally only use this pokemon for those two things. Though Brave bird is very useful in trick room, and quick guard can be useful as well.
Mega Tyranitar: honestly have no idea why I have this, besides countering sun teams, I have no use for it.

So any suggestions? Looking to replace talonflame and definitely tyranitar, but honestly don't know what to replace them with. Don't have access to legendary pokemon, not really sure I even want any of them besides heatran and thunderous, but than I fear I'm playing even more into the meta. Not sure if that's bad or not.So any suggestions?
