Need a Timid Synchronizer

I need a timid synchronzier abra to catch the tapus in, could anyone lend me a spare one?  That would be awesome, thanks :D

I have a timid one you can have, Do you Happen to have a jolly one? If not you can have it anyway, i already added your FC write when you´re online.

Edit: If someone who reads this does have an jolly one, i could offer a modest, timid or adamant one in return, or simply clone it and trade it back

I do but it has inner focus :/  Thank you for the abra tho :D
