Need help breeding team, have shiny Pokemon for trade.

So I've been testing a team out on Showdown that I want to replicate in my game. There's a few Pokemon I need though.

Modest/Quiet Gastrodon
Adamant/Brave Scrafty
Sassy Amoongus ()

I don't need these Pokemon to have perfect IVs, I can breed for those. In fact, I'd prefer to breed them so I can nickname them. I do have some shiny perfect Pokemon for trade so if anyone can help me out, let me know.

Definitely! I don't mind having to breed/train/level them up. I find that stuff fun, haha.
