Hi!! I just signed up for this forum today (oct 29), mostly because I just really wanna get more connected with the Pokemon community. I've been playing Pokemon since Gen 3, but I've only very recently gotten into any sort of competitive - it's a lot more fun than I initially thought it would be :D
I guess I'll just, introduce myself?
Here's a few things:
1. I'm 18 years old, if that's important
2. Water types are the best primarina 2k16
3. I haven't actually built a team in-game before, mostly because I don't want to spend so much time on it right before Sun and Moon come out and the meta changes, I'm getting Moon btw, but I have built a couple OU teams on Showdown (with mixed results at best, ngl)

Welcome!!! There's a lot of competitive users here so I'm sure you'll fit right in!! I'm a pretty big fan of water types as well (grass is my #1 though #rowlet) and I'm getting sun for that spicy lion legendary Have fun!

Oh yes, i also love Water-Types !
My Favorite ones are Blastoise and Gyarados.
