[ORAS] Classic Evolution Ideas

Kind of an off-shoot of the Mega Evolution Idea Forum. Mega Evolution was a good idea, and a nice change to the game. However, it's probably not something that should be overdone. Granted it's only been around for two years now, so that won't be a problem anytime soon. I just don't think Mega Evolution should be the automatic go-to.

Rules:
1. No evolving a third stage Pokemon, Eeveelution, or Legendary
2. The minimum stat increase should be no lower than 45 (Magmar > Magmortar)
3. Don't exceed 555 Base Stats (Arcanine: The "Legendary" Pokemon)
