With a base 150 attack maxing out Attack isn't ideal for Mega Swampert. Like Mega Mawile it can hit hard with 52 attack Evs. However, It needs at least 156 Speed Evs to out speed a timid Mega Sceptile in the rain. The rest put into Def and Sp. Def to tank out a couple hits and hit hard back. Put Mega Swampert with a Drizzle Politoed to give an automatic rain dance and protect first turn to activate Swift Swim along with its full Mega Stats. Also, Ice Punch for Dragon types like Salamence and Garchomp or Rock slide for Talonflame and Charizard.
