[ORAS] Move Tutor help?

So I've heard with the ORAS Move Tutor we can teach moves like Knock Off to Landorus and Icy Wind to Cresselia. But I just tried that and the moves didn't show up at all? Do they need the blue pentagon to be able to be taught these moves? Any help is appreciated!

Didn't show up at all? Are you sure you are talking to the correct move tutors in Battle Resort and not Mauville City?

I was literally just looking at the Battle Resort ones on Serebii hahaha.
