[ORAS] Need help with Mega Venasaur

I cant find a counter to this thing. I tried talonflame but i dont want to use choice naded Tflame. Mega Mawile is a good check but its slow and cant predict sleep powder and such. I really need help this thing wont die

Metagross in non-mega or mega form is a good counter.. while burning it and para flinch it can do well too
