[ORAS] Should I keep this Rayquaza?

I've been SRing for a Jolly Rayquaza in Alpha Sapphire with perfect IVs excluding SPA. I finally managed to find one that has 31/31/29/5/31/31. Should I keep it or not? I know the chances to get a flawless one with the right nature aren't that great, but should I be worried about the IV in Defense that much since it isn't that bad? Will it really affect Rayquaza that much? Or should I continue SRing for a good one? Thanks!

I really doubt being 2 IVs off will make magic happen and that he tanks and KOs ect. I'd keep it and not look back. Defense isn't even priority for it so it is perfectly fine and close enough.

Just keep it. You might not find one that's better than this one.
