[ORAS] Should I keep this Rayquaza?

I've been SRing for a Jolly Rayquaza in Alpha Sapphire with perfect IVs excluding SPA. I finally managed to find one that has 31/31/29/5/31/31. Should I keep it or not? I know the chances to get a flawless one with the right nature aren't that great, but should I be worried about the IV in Defense that much since it isn't that bad? Will it really affect Rayquaza that much? Or should I continue SRing for a good one? Thanks!
