[XY] Need help x y glitch :(

So i was doing a wonderlocke and i got to Clemont's gym and on the 3rd floor after beating Ampharos i went up and before i did the 4th floors quiz i went to the 1st floor and went to the pokecenter and went back. I go up the elevator and Bonnie is not there and the people at the 3 doors say i got the question wrong and i can't repeat the quiz or anything. I can't even go on the other floors only the 4th and the 1st floor plz help

Try entering back in the original one of the original three elevators. (With the right question that is. Honestly I kinda haven't heard about this "glitch" so I suggets you search it out. Just look around and keep tapping "A" around.
