+5 bombs.
Your bombs split into smaller bombs after exploding.

Also I was very confused because I made the new Mom transformation with Mom's Underwear and Mom's Pearls.
I thought Mom's pearls gave me a second knife.

I also get ridiculous luck in challenges.
I beat XXXXXXXXL on my first try because I found a 6 pip Dice Room whose D4 effect gave me Dr. Fetus, Sad Bombs, Strange Attractor, and Libra, and later I found Bobby-Bomb, Bob's Curse, and Tammy's Head. 
Ridiculous combination.
First good Afterbirth run.

Laser ring tears

You feel cozy
Grants 4 soul hearts.
Restores all health.

Multidimensional baby

It's a baby follower that follows you with 1-2 seconds delay.
It doesn't shoot anything but if you shoot at it,it extends your tears range.Here is example:

Mr. Dolly

Range up.Tears up.
Spawns three random hearts (red/soul/black) on pickup.

Mom's pearls

Range+luck

Jar of flies(Pokemon reference )

Gotta catch 'em all
Spacebar item
Whenever you kill an enemy you gain 1 fly in your jar(max 20).When you use it,you send attacking blue flies.

Epiphora

Tear/Fire Rate gradually increases as you shoot in one direction.
Tears/Fire Rate returns to original value if you stop firing,change firing direction, or are hit.

Crack jack

Grants Isaac a full heart container.
Spawns one random Trinket.

Pupula duplex

Widens Isaac's tears, increasing their hitbox.
Grants spectral tears.

Continuum

Range up+Tear height
Tears travel over rocks.They also pass walls and appear at opposite wall.

Box of Friends

Active item(2 room charge)
Duplicate your followers for the current room.
Lilith starts with this item.

LILITH the new character

After some attemps with Azazel i managed to beat Ultra Greed and unlocked the new character Lilith.Here is some info about her.

Lilith is blind and she has a follower with her.You shoot with follower.

Lilith has a 2 room recharge spacebar item called "Box of Friends".When you use it,your current followers got duplicated.

It's been some time and i guess there are not many isaac players around here.(over 800+ clicks to this thread.Maybe people don't like posting ) Here is some pics that i played with lilith recently.I cleared lamb,boss rush,chest and ultra greed with her.She has become my favourite So powerful when you find some fun items.

With habit and charged babies my "Box of Friends" got charged a couple of times during the fight and this happened

Through lots of hard work from the isaac community, looking at clues and even going to places irl for clues, they have revealed another hidden character called "the keeper" the keeper is unlocked buy blowing up a 999 greed machine in greed made, the keeper starts with the inner eye and his hearts are replaced with coins
