Also I was very confused because I made the new Mom transformation with Mom's Underwear and Mom's Pearls.
I thought Mom's pearls gave me a second knife.

I also get ridiculous luck in challenges.
I beat XXXXXXXXL on my first try because I found a 6 pip Dice Room whose D4 effect gave me Dr. Fetus, Sad Bombs, Strange Attractor, and Libra, and later I found Bobby-Bomb, Bob's Curse, and Tammy's Head. 
Ridiculous combination.
First good Afterbirth run.
