Poke Radar

Okay, to start things off, I had absolutely no idea where this was supposed to go. Moving on, I have no clue why, but I can't get the Poke Radar to work. I got it around half an hour ago, and it's not working no matter where I use it. The reset message isn't even popping up, the message that says that there's a "time and place for everything" keeps popping up. I have no clue what happened, and I realy need help on this.

Never mind. I figured out that I shouldn't have been using my roller skates.

1-make sure that you are not using the bike or the skates
