I would edit the post and put spaces in between Pokémon so it's easier to read.

In any case, you need to completely re-do the EV spreads for these Pokémon. Milotic should not have 74 EVs invested in attack, especially when it's a special attacker. It should look more like this:

252 Sp. Attack/ 252 HP/ 4 Def or Sp. Defense

There's numerous ways to build a Pokémon's EVs depending on what style of play you're going for. I recommend going to Smogon's website and search for the Pokémon you want to use. They give some useful builds that I think would really benefit your team.

Why do you have soooo many ice attacks? Sure, dragons are common but you don't need that many. And Sheer Cold is IMO too gimmicky to be relied upon.
