Here's my first attempt at a competitive team:

Sylveon with choice specs
Hyper Voice, Psyschock, Hidden power fire, and shadow ball

Charizard with charizardite y
dragon dance, fireblast, dragon claw, and roost

Dragonite with lum berry
dragon dance, outrage, extreme speed, and earthquake

Kingdra with Life orb
Hydro pump, draco meteor, scald, and ice beam

Luxray with choice band
wild charge, ice fang, superpower, and volt switch

Talonflame with sharp beak
brave bird, flare blitz, roost, and swords dance

Here's a tool you might like
It lets you input your team, and calculates weaknesses and issues it has; pokemon it'll have trouble with.
Personally can't say I have much comp experience, but this tool is really nice according to a friend of mine.

Your team lacks a hazard setter or form of hazard removal and most of these Pokemon share common weaknesses plus they don't complement each other offensively or defensively. Dragon Dance and Dragon Claw is pretty weird to see on a Charizard as well. I don't know what to say about the choice of natures, EV spreads and abilities though.
