Looking for foreign Eevee or Ditto. (closed request)

I am looking for a foreign Eevee with perfect IVs in only HP, Defense, Sp. Attack, Sp. Def., and Speed. I am trying to breed myself a perfect Sylveon and im trying to breed a shiny with those IVs. I guess a Ditto or a pokemon in the same egg group with those five IVs would work. Thank you. PM me if you are willing to help me out and have a trade. Smile.

EDIT: I was able to hatch a shiny Eevee. To my delight and relief it had the right IVs. Thank you to the two people who offered to help I just got lucky so sorry for wasting your time.
