I'm looking everywhere and i can only find hacked ones...
I can give a celebi or hoopa in return (Both legit)

I have a legit one, but I don't know how to clone...

Legit to me means that it isn't hacked in and Cloning isn't spawning it in just making one pokemon two.
So no Cloning isn't hacking to me.
