[REQUEST] Completing my Pokedex!

So I'm working on completing my pokedex and I have some pokemon that I need!

( This is for Gen 7. I have a Gen 6 one but that is in the form of Google Docs. )

Ok great. When can you trade? My timezone is est (gmt -5) and I'm available around 6 PM everyday.

UPDATE : I have recently switched to Gen 7!   If that does not work with you then I can go back to Gen 6 to get the pokemon. But if it does then awesome!

@MudKate108 Mine are in the gen 6 games and I'm finishing ORAS so I can trade in gen 6. I'll be on at 6 PM EST today

Gotcha! Can I just trade you a random pokemon and you trade me yours and we trade back after?
