Hello everyone, i'm Casca :D.
I'm pretty new in here, and i'm now building my competitive team, i'm going for my second one now.
Dragonite, but i'm looking for the Dratini that can learn ExtremeSpeed.
I know it can be breed, so would be someone willing to give me one?

Sadly i'm pretty new to ORAS so i don't have much to trade you for it, so if you are willing to gift it to me i will be most than thankful.
I don't care about it's EVs, i will be using him for breeding.

Was breeding for a shiny dratini couple weeks back so i got what u need
It has its hidden ability Marvel Scale and the moves:

Extreme Speed
Dragon Breath
Dragon Pulse
Dragon Rush
