[REQUEST] Hoopa

I am in need of a Hoopa since I want it in my Pokedex and it is my favorite pokemon. I am willing to offer shinies for it, however it should be in ORAS or SM. This is because I do not know if I have any shinies in my Y game. However, if the status of that is changed I will notify you on this post.

I have a shiny scizor and a Kangaskhan both are level 100
